This Privacy Policy explains how Lee Robert Kern Jr., doing business as valifecoaching.com, a sole proprietorship based in the Commonwealth of Virginia ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit valifecoaching.com (the "Site") or use our coaching and training services (the "Services"). By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of any message, intake form, or agreement you submit; scheduling details when you book; and anything you share during coaching.

Payment information: payments are processed by third-party processors. We do not collect or store your full card or bank account numbers; we may receive limited transaction details (confirmation, amount, last digits of a card).

Information collected automatically: our hosting and analytics tools may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring pages, using cookies (see Section 5).

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use your information to: provide, schedule, and deliver the Services and respond to inquiries; process payments and keep records; send information you request (newsletters, updates, offers, event news) where you signed up; operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; and comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
